With the development of information and electronic technology,there is a growing demand for touch screen mobile phones.Therefore,the homeopathic development of curved glass arises at the historic moment,especially the round edges and corners of 3D curved glass screen and cover plate are more in line with ergonomics and consumer habits,have higher aesthetic value,and add anti-collision function.With a high degree of fit,it will be more and more widely used in the future.Thus,the research on the molding technology of 3D curved glass has very important practical significance and market value.3D bending glass molding technology is a very complex hot bending process.it has become the most advanced 3D bending glass production technology because of its simple production process,high production precision,low production cost,high production efficiency and mass production.The finite element simulation analysis of the molding technology can realize the visualization of the molding process,and the processing parameters can be optimized by studying and analyzing the influence of the hot bending process parameters on the residual stress and contour offset.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the composition and properties of glass materials,nonlinear finite element method and its solution,qualitatively analyzes the molding process of optical glass,and determines that it belongs to both material nonlinearity and large strain geometric nonlinearity.The finite element analysis of optical glass molding mainly includes two aspects: mechanics and heat transfer.The variation of thermodynamic and mechanical properties of optical glass materials with temperature is introduced,and the viscoelastic constitutive model of optical glass is determined,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for numerical simulation analysis.Then,the four steps of 3D bending glass molding technology are introduced in detail,the finite element analysis model is constructed,the heat transfer in the heat transfer process is analyzed,and the heating pressure process and annealing cooling process are simulated by ANSYS finite element simulation software,the visualization of the molding process is realized,the effects of different process parameters on residual stress and profile offset are analyzed,and the hot bending process parameters are optimized.Finally,the molding experiment of curved glass is designed according to the simulation,through observation and experimental instruments to measure the size of the finished 3D curved glass screen under different processing parameters and compare with the simulation results.it is proved that the accuracy of the simulation and the feasibility of the process plan.In this paper,the 3D bending glass molding technology is studied by means of simulation analysis and experiment,and the best hot bending process parameters of 3D glass are obtained.It not only has great reference value for the actual production of 3D curved glass screen,but also provides a certain theoretical basis and data support for the research and improvement of 3D hot bending machine in the future.
