The Selective Laser Sintering(SLS)technology is one of the most important technologies in 3D printing technology,although it has an irreplaceable advantage over the adaptability and structure of other technologies,but in the practical application of small size areas,the application of the Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)and Stereo Lithography Appearance(SLA)equipment is more widely used because of the cost of equipment and convenience of operation.However,due to the limitation of the forming principle of FDM and SLA technology equipment,the support generated is difficult to remove,because the support part needs to be added during the forming process and the support needs to be removed at the end.Part of the structure cannot be formed by FDM and SLA equipment,while selective laser sintering technology can produce natural support effect and support is easy to remove.This paper develops a kind of desktop Selective Laser Sintering equipment,which has the characteristics of miniaturization,low cost and good structure,and has a good market prospect.With the modern design method and open structure design idea,the principle analysis,function analysis and function scheme determination of the desktop Selective Laser Sintering equipment were carried out,the function modules of the whole equipment were divided,the corresponding function limitation was proposed,and the whole equipment structure design was carried out.Each part of structure each part,including optical circuit module,powder supply module,powder laying module and other core module structure function,are designed,and relevant correlation analysis is carried out to determine the theoretical scope with good space utilization and rationality.Based on the Nastran simulation module of ug_nx10.0,the statics,kinematics and dynamics simulation of the core functional structure was carried out by taking the powder supplying structure and powder laying structure as examples,and the structural performance and reliability of the structure function in the limit state were analyzed to determine the rationality and practicability of the structure design.Using BP neural network algorithm,and analyze the process parameters to simplify problem,determine the parameters for the process system,work process and results to determine the basis,based on the MATLAB environment,building intelligence and machine learning technology system and authentication,set up a kind of intelligent process system,simplifies the selective laser sintering equipment of various process parameters setup process.According to the design results,manufacture and debug the prototype,test and test the prototype,and verify the predicted results of the intelligent process system.
