Research On Agricultural Production Efficiency Of Yiyuan County Based On DEA Method

China is a large agricultural country with a large population and scarce land resources,while Shandong Province is a large agricultural and population province.No matter from the perspective of the whole country or from Shandong Province itself,we need to pay attention to the development of agriculture.The development of agriculture ultimately depends on the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.The level of agricultural production efficiency directly determines the level of local agricultural development.Therefore,improving agricultural production efficiency is an important way of agricultural development.With the development of agricultural modernization,agricultural production depends not only on the increase of input,but also on the improvement of agricultural production efficiency,so as to maintain the sustainable development of agriculture.As an area that relies on agriculture to develop local economy,it is necessary to measure the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County and improve the agricultural production on this basis.Taking Yiyuan County of Zibo City as an example,this paper uses DEA method to compare and analyze the differences of agricultural production efficiency between 2010 and 2017,analyzes the reasons of its low agricultural production efficiency through DEA method,and provides some decision-making suggestions for the future agricultural development direction of Yiyuan County from the perspective of input-output.In order to fully understand the agricultural development of Yiyuan County and further analyze the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County,this paper selects the input factors such as the number of rural employees,the total power of agricultural machinery,the amount of pesticide used,the amount of chemical fertilizer converted into pure,the planting area of crops,the total irrigation area,and uses the total agricultural output value for For the output index,DEA method was used to analyze and evaluate the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County,and the dynamic change of the overall agricultural total factor productivity of Yiyuan County was calculated.In this paper,Malmquist index method and qualitative analysis method are used to analyze and study the factors influencing the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County.The results show that the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County is on the rising trend.Compared with other districts and counties of Zibo,the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County is in a high level,lower than Boshan,and the same as Linzi District.Part of the contribution comes from technological progress.In general,the introduction and development of new agricultural technology during 2010-2017 has played a positive role in the improvement of agricultural production efficiency in Yiyuan County,while the technical efficiency still needs to be improved effectively.According to the results of the analysis,in view of the problems existing in the agricultural production of Yiyuan County,some suggestions are put forward to improve the agricultural production efficiency of Yiyuan County.This paper mainly gives suggestions from the aspects of adjusting industrial structure,moderate scale operation,popularizing agricultural technology,increasing government support and strengthening propaganda,aiming at providing reference for improving agricultural production efficiency of Shandong agricultural counties,and hoping to promote the transformation of agricultural growth mode and the realization of the goal of agricultural sustainable development as soon as possible.
