Agriculture is the basis of human survival and plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy.China is a country with more people and less land.How to ensure the effective supply of food and important agricultural products has always been the focus of social attention.Under the condition of limited resources,improving the technical efficiency of agricultural production is the key to maintain the sustainable development of agriculture.Agricultural reclamation is a part of agricultural economy with Chinese characteristics,is the "bellwether" of China's agricultural modernization development,undertakes the strategic task of ensuring national food security and important agricultural products supply,its collectivization,enterprise,farm type business model has a strong representative,so this paper studies the agricultural production technical efficiency and agricultural products production technical efficiency of agricultural reclamation,and analyzes the current technical conditions The efficiency of agricultural production technology is of great significance.This paper systematically studies the technical efficiency of agricultural production,and compares the agricultural reclamation with the national average.First,the input and output of agricultural reclamation are analyzed,and compared with the corresponding indicators of the whole country,and the basic situation of agricultural reclamation is judged;secondly,DEA-BCC method is used to study the production technology efficiency of agricultural reclamation in 2010-2018,and the level of technical efficiency of agricultural reclamation production is analyzed;thirdly,DEA-Malmquist method is used to analyze the agricultural reclamation in 2010-2018 and the national agricultural reclamation The dynamic change of total factor productivity,the difference between them under the premise of time change is analyzed;fourthly,four environmental factors are selected by Three-stage DEA method,and the influencing factors of agricultural reclamation production technology efficiency are analyzed,and the production technology efficiency value of environmental factors and random factors is calculated.Before and after elimination,the score is calculated Finally,the paper selects three agricultural products,rice,wheat and soybean,and calculates the production technology efficiency by DEA-BCC.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)there is a big gap in the production technical efficiency between different reclamation areas and farms,which reflects the great differences in the allocation of production resources and management ability;(2)in the analysis of dynamic total factor productivity,the TFP index of agricultural reclamation is higher than the national average level,the change index of technical efficiency and the technical progress index are also higher than the national average level;(3)The comprehensive production technical efficiency of rice is the highest,followed by soybean,and wheat is the lowest.The production technical efficiency of the three crops does not reach the frontier.There are still many farms,and there is still room for improvement in production technical efficiency.The scale efficiency of the three agricultural products is greater than the pure technical efficiency,indicating that the scale efficiency advantage of farms in production is greater than the technology application and management ability.
