How to develop business aviation effectively in busy airports is a new problem for airport authorities and business aviation operators.Slot resources are severely scarce in busy airports,and priority is usually given to the use of public transport aviation.As a result,business aviation with uncertain demand often have to wait in line to get the take-off and landing slots.The majority of business aircrafts take the busy airports as the preferred take-off and landing airports.Maintaining the stability of the business aircrafts line system in the busy airports is an important issue to be considered by the relevant departments.In addition,there is a demand for more slots in the queueing process of business aircrafts,and the busy airports can provide a very limited number of slots to the business aviation,the conflict of interests makes the two have a game relationship,and the choice of strategies directly affects the stability of the queueing system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the queuing game of business aviation.Based on queuing theory and evolutionary game theory,focuses on the stability of queueing system for busy airport business aircraft,and evolutionary game between business aviation and busy airports.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the conditions of queue game stability of the queueing system of the business aircrafts in the busy airport.Firstly,we analyze the queueing process of busy airports business aircrafts,construct the queueing model of business aircrafts,and obtain the condition that the queueing system is in a stable state through the one-step transfer matrix of the number state space of the business aircrafts to be served.Secondly,we analyze the behavior interaction relationship and strategy set between business aviation and busy airport,and establish the game model of evolution of the two.Using the local stability analysis method of Jacobian matrix,the evolution stability results of the system are obtained.Finally,the evolution stability results are simulated with Matlab R2018 a as a tool.The results show that,when the average arrival number of the business aircrafts in the unit hour and the average time interval of the available time of the business aircrafts meets a certain number corresponding relationship,which can ensure that the number of business aircrafts to be served is always limited,at this time,the queueing system is in a stable state.The realization of the stable state of the business aircrafts queueing system is related to the initial probability of the choice of business aviation and busy airports strategy.However,the initial probability of either party choosing "increase" strategy between business aviation and busy airports is less than 0.8,the evolutionary stability result of both parties choosing "increase" strategy will not be realized,and the final evolutionary stability strategy is that both parties choose "no increase" strategy.Therefore,the promotion of business aviation at busy airports depends on a more proactive increase in the number of business aviation slots at busy airports,or more effort by business aviation to enable busy airports to release more slot resources.
