The operation and maintenance of the subway is the most important stage after the subway is completed.Any breakdown or shutdown of the tunnel in the interval may affect the travel of hundreds of thousands of people.In the construction and operation of subway tunnels,the traditional method of relying on two-dimensional information for equipment management has limitations,and it is not intuitive enough for complex facilities and equipment in underground tunnels.This paper takes advantage of the efficient parametric 3D modeling of Building Information Modeling(BIM)and the organizational management advantages of Geography Information System(GIS)technology to conduct a practical study of tunnel equipment management and realize the equipment in the tunnel.Information can be visualized,managed and queried.Specific research content and work include:(1)Comparative analysis of traditional three-dimensional modeling and BIM modeling,combined with the development status and characteristics of BIM and GIS,to illustrate the advantages and value of the integration of the two.(2)Aiming at the key problems of BIM+GIS integration in the operation of subway tunnel facilities,Revit software is used to establish relevant parameterized information models,analyze the role and mutual relationship of equipment,reflect the positional relationship and spatial distribution,and discuss different types of macro and micro Model parametric modeling techniques and methods.(3)Establish relevant tunnel facility models and develop a SuperMap-based three-dimensional tunnel facility equipment query management system management platform,adopt Open Database Connectivity(ODBC)interface for data format conversion,and realize the integration of BIM technology and GIS technology.(4)Perform management query and spatial analysis on the basis of the three-dimensional tunnel equipment information management platform,including facilities equipment operation monitoring,equipment maintenance management,equipment patrol inspection,upstream and downstream equipment management,equipment warning and data sorting,etc.,to achieve facilities Equipment visual display and equipment classification group query management function.
