In recent years,with the development of the western region,the settlement of industrial parks,the reclamation of wasteland and other activities in Hami City,the demand for groundwater has gradually increased.However,the insufficient supply of groundwater has made the contradiction of groundwater use increasingly serious,resulting in serious problems such as over exploitation of groundwater in the 13th division of Hami City,serious damage to water ecology,and many potential environmental hazards,which affect and damage the health of the masses and are not conducive to the sustainable development of economy and society Development.The protection of groundwater resources is related to the ecological environment security and sustainable economic and social development of the Corps,the vital interests of the people,the construction of a beautiful corps,the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,and the maintenance of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.The investigation and research of groundwater resources is to investigate and analyze the quantity,quality,spatial and temporal distribution characteristics,development and utilization status and supply and demand development trend of water resources in a certain region or basin,which is the basis and early stage of water resources planning and allocation,and also the guidance of water resources development The important basis of utilization,conservation,protection and management is the important basis for making the economic and social development plan of the basin or region.It is imperative and urgent to speed up the supervision and management of groundwater resources,carry out the investigation,research and evaluation of groundwater resources,and strengthen the rational allocation,development,utilization and protection of groundwater resources.Based on the collection and analysis of the current situation of the development and utilization of groundwater in the 13th division,this paper constructs a groundwater calculation method suitable for the regiment of the 13th division,reviews the relevant parameters,and calculates the amount of groundwater resources.At the same time,the water quality evaluation is carried out for the zoned groundwater.Finally,the groundwater management system based on the dual control of well and electricity is developed and constructed.Specific research results include:(1)collect and sort out the current situation of groundwater development and utilization in the 13th division,and carry out dynamic analysis,pointing out the existing problems.First of all,this paper introduces the overall situation of the 13th division of the study area,including the geographical location,river system,water resources development and utilization status.On this basis,the dynamic analysis of groundwater level changes and surface water exploitation changes,from which we can draw the conclusion that there are three deficiencies in the development and utilization of groundwater resources in the 13th Division:one is the loss caused by excessive extraction;the other is the loss caused by drainage The third problem is the pollution caused by agriculture,animal husbandry,industry and other human activities(2)the groundwater calculation method suitable for the study area is constructed and the parameters are calibrated.In this paper,on the basis of water resource balance,the allowable exploitation amount of groundwater is determined by the exploitation coefficient method.By generalizing the local hydrogeological conditions,the equation is established,and the parameters used are calibrated and rechecked,which lays a solid foundation for the next accurate calculation of water resource amount(3)calculate the amount of groundwater resources and carry out water quality evaluation,and put forward relevant development and utilization suggestions.The average annual groundwater resources under the recent underlying surface condition(2001-2016)of each group farm in the study area and the average annual groundwater exploitable amount in the plain area are calculated.At the same time,the quality of groundwater in different areas is evaluated,and the quality of drinking water is evaluated by the method of groundwater concentration;the quality of groundwater in the 13th division is determined by the method of single factor(index)evaluation.Finally,some suggestions are put forward,such as controlling mining volume,improving utilization efficiency and strengthening supervision(4)developed and constructed the groundwater resource management system of the 13th division based on the well electricity dual control.Combined with information collection technology,information transmission technology,information storage technology,etc.,under the framework of groundwater monitoring system design,the construction goal of setting up monitoring stations in a large range in the research area has been completed,and the purpose of monitoring,management and efficient utilization of groundwater in the key areas of the 13th Division has been realized.Finally,the actual operation of the system is shown.
