With the rapid development of global economy,the problem of environmental deterioration and resource shortage is becoming more and more serious.It is becoming more and more important for traditional supply chain to develop steadily to green supply chain.The implementation of green supply chain management has become an irreversible development trend.The implementation of green supply chain management requires technological innovation,which requires the R & D cost,market exploration and other enterprise capabilities.In the actual supply chain system,not all enterprises have the ability of technological innovation.Some enterprises have strong strength and can easily grasp green technological innovation.Some enterprises do not have enough ability.Even though these enterprises know clearly to implement green supply chain management,they still cannot be transformed into green technological innovation enterprises due to their backward technology.According to some data,a considerable number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China have closed down due to environmental protection failure.At the same time,there are some competent enterprises in the supply chain system disguised as enterprises with insufficient capacity in order to obtain government subsidies.This kind of speculation not only damages the interests of other members of the supply chain,but also hinders the development process of the green supply chain.The research goal of this paper is how to promote the development of the whole supply chain from the traditional supply chain to the green supply chain in the manufacturer supply chain system,and how to reduce the damage caused by the development of the green supply chain to the enterprises with insufficient capacity,and how to avoid the opportunistic behavior of some bad enterprises.In these problems,due to the different capabilities of different manufacturers in the supply chain,different manufacturers with different capabilities must be treated differently in the process of green supply chain development.Therefore,considering individual heterogeneity is an important idea to solve this kind of problem,and it is very important to solve this kind of learning ability difference.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,according to the differences of capability and technology of different enterprises in the implementation of green technology innovation in the supply chain system of manufacturers,the concept of individual heterogeneity is introduced,and an evolutionary game model based on individual heterogeneity is constructed.In the face of the new green supply chain strategy,it distinguishes the enterprises with different abilities.Some enterprises can learn the new green strategy,some enterprises do not have the ability to learn the new strategy,so they establish the learning transfer probability matrix,and use the evolutionary game based on different learning ability to copy the dynamic equation to analyze the enterprises with complete learning ability The influence of different proportion of green innovation and the distribution of green innovation net income among enterprises on the evolution of manufacturer supply chain system.Through the analysis,it is found that the adjustment of interest distribution,profit sharing cooperation and government regulation are the key to help some enterprises with insufficient capacity to carry out green innovation and promote the balanced development of green supply chain.Secondly,because the government plays an important role in solving the problem of manufacturers' capacity difference in the supply chain,it will cause some capable bad enterprises to disguise as enterprises with insufficient capacity to obtain government subsidies.Therefore,this paper designs an improved tit for tat strategy based on the classic tit for tat strategy,which can be adjusted according to the opponent's strategy.If the opponent uses speculation,it will also use speculation to retaliate in the next round of the game.The simulation method is used to analyze the influence of different initial proportion and profit distribution of enterprises adopting tit for tat strategy on the evolution of supply chain system.The experimental results show that the improved tit for tat strategy can effectively inhibit speculation and accelerate the development of green supply chain.The conclusion of this paper is that in the process of the development of green supply chain with different manufacturers' individual capabilities,the whole supply chain system can help some enterprises with insufficient capabilities to carry out green innovation by adjusting the proportion of enterprises with insufficient capabilities in the system,and then promote the balanced development of green supply chain.And designed the improved tit for tat strategy to restrain the speculation that the bad enterprises with ability disguised as the enterprises with insufficient ability obtain government subsidies,which accelerated the development of green supply chain.
