With the continuous improvement of human requirements for the quality of the outdoor environment,the optimization of it is increasingly concerned,and it is of positive significance to improve the local climate of the city to promote the comfort level of outdoor wind environment.Due to the special climate of the cold region,the outdoor environment has a strong demand for thermal insulation and cold protection,so the optimal design of outdoor wind environment should consider the requirements of wind and cold protection.Therefore,aiming at the wind chill performance of the outdoor wind environment of buildings and combining with the evaluation index system of outdoor wind environment,a multi-objective optimization study in the cold region based on performance design thinking has been carried out.The purpose of the research is to propose a multi-objective optimization design method for outdoor wind environment under the guidance of wind chill performance,and to improve the design accuracy and efficiency of outdoor wind environment of buildings.In the paper,the multi-objective optimization design process and method which include multi-objective optimization modeling,evolutionary iterative operation,and non-dominated solution sets analysis subprocesses are constructed.The optimization objects and parameters selection strategies for climate characteristics in the cold region are put forward.Software models including parametric model,CFD simulation model and genetic optimization model are established.In the practice project,the application of multi-objective optimization software model has been used in an office park project in Harbin.In this study,the percentage of comfort area of wind chill equivalent temperatures in winter,the percentage of comfort area of mean wind velocity ratio in winter and summer,and the standard deviation of outdoor wind speed in winter and summer are selected as the optimization objectives.The design parameters of building form parameters and the spatial layout parameters are taken as design parameters.Through evolutionary operation,the building form and spatial layout design schemes with better outdoor wind chill performance in practice project are solved,and the non-dominated solution sets of design schemes are obtained,so as to expand the exploration scope of design possibility under wind chill performance guidance.The feasibility of the multi-objective optimization model is verified in the study.The practice results show that the multi-objective process and model can provide strong support for the decision-making of outdoor wind environment of buildings in cold region and can effectively improve the outdoor wind chill performance of buildings in cold region.
