The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" is about to come to an end,but the problems of climate change and scarcity of resources are still very serious.To solve the above problems,the key to sustainable social development is to improve energy and resource efficiency.The role of the construction industry in this is crucial.In recent years,my country's construction energy consumption has been ranked second in the world.Large-scale promotion of green buildings to achieve energy conservation from the construction industry still has great potential.At the same time,the use of government policies is an important driving force to promote the construction of green buildings in my country.From the perspective of the Shaanxi Provincial Government,this paper clarifies the coupling and correlation mechanism between the stakeholders involved in green building construction through the research and analysis of the scale promotion factors of green building,so as to build a green building system dynamic model and further complete the policy simulation simulation and regulation Incentive measures for large-scale promotion of green buildings in Shaanxi Province are proposed.Firstly,the overall trends and promotion policies of green building construction at home and abroad are analyzed through actual data and literature.And under the statistical selection of a large number of documents,the obstacle factors and dynamic factors in the process of large-scale promotion of green buildings are obtained.Reuse questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews with experts,and factor analysis to classify and analyze the promotion factors.The research shows that there are four key aspects to strengthen the large-scale promotion of green buildings: government security,technical conditions,market environment,and public awareness.Secondly,a group evolutionary game analysis of the main stakeholders involved in the large-scale promotion of green buildings.Through the stakeholder theory,we extracted the stakeholders involved in four key aspects,namely the government,developers,and consumers.Based on the construction of the coupling and correlation model,certain assumptions are made according to the actual situation of the large-scale promotion of green buildings,so as to complete the establishment of the three-party group evolution game model.The calculation results of the model are discussed,and the key incentive factors for the tripartite game are government input costs,incremental costs of green buildings,and the public's awareness of energy conservation.Studies have shown that the government plays a leading role and the main economic incentives need to be diversified,and financial subsidies cannot be used to reduce the incremental cost of green buildings.Because it is difficult to analyze the evolutionary stability strategies using the equilibrium point of the three-party game system,it is necessary to use the system dynamics model for further qualitative and quantitative simulations to obtain countermeasures that encourage all stakeholders to participate in the construction of green buildings.Finally,from the perspective of the local government of Shaanxi Province,on the basis of completing the identification of promotion factors,the classification of factors,and the establishment of a correlation mechanism between stakeholders,the establishment of a causal feedback graph is completed.On the basis of this causal feedback graph,a key feedback loop is obtained according to the data availability,andthe logical relationship of the variables is analyzed to construct a system flow graph for large-scale promotion of green buildings,and the SD model is finally obtained.According to the actual situation of green building development in Shaanxi Province,the relationship between variables in the model is quantified to complete the construction of the system dynamics equations,and further the policy simulation simulation of Shaanxi Province is made,and the prediction analysis is made.Finally,using the change trend of the policy target variables,combined with the effect of its policy simulation,the specific incentive measures for the large-scale promotion of green buildings in Shaanxi Province are obtained,which has certain practical and reference significance for the study of the large-scale promotion of green buildings.
