In recent years, the state has vigorously promoted the work of rural rejuvenation and has put forward higher requirements for rural construction. For the cold region, the comfort of the wind environment is closely related to the residents' life, and it is also an important index for evaluating the livability of the rural community in the cold region. With the vigorous advancement of urbanization and the improvement of living standards, people's requirements for comfort are getting higher and higher, and the improvement of the outdoor wind environment has attracted more and more attention. This article takes the typical rural community in Harbin as the simulation object, and uses wind speed, wind pressure, and average wind speed ratio as the evaluation criteria for outdoor wind environment comfort.Through field measurements and numerical simulations, the impact of different windbreak forest layouts on the wind environment of rural communities in cold regions was explored, and the association mechanism between windbreak forests and wind environments was explored, and a strategy for windbreak forest construction to optimize the wind environment of rural communities in cold regions was explored.First of all,the paper summarizes and summarizes the current research status of wind environment at home and abroad, clarifies the related concepts and the impact mechanism of windbreak forest on wind environment, establishes the evaluation standard of outdoor wind environment, and lays the foundation for the further development of the paper.Secondly, through the review of the literature, the characteristics of typical rural communities in the cold region in terms of climatic conditions, community layout and plant configuration characteristics are summarized.Through interviews and satellite image recognition, two typical Harbin rural communities were screened out, namely the belt-type community(Jiagou Village)and the group-type community(Xiaoyangjia Village)for research, and the communities under different morphological characteristics were explored through CFD simulations. The characteristics and similarities and differences of wind environment, and the effectiveness of numerical simulation parameters were verified by comparing wind field data measured on site. Finally, with the help of FLUENT software, the wind environment characteristics of typical cold rural communities under different windbreak forest layouts were simulated and analyzed.Windbreaks commonly used in cold regions were selected as a reference, and forest belts of different lengths, widths, and porosities were constructed to compare windproof effects.Combined with a typical community construction 1: 1 model, the characteristics of the wind environment in the community wind field under different conditions(exterior, interior)and wind direction(90 °,105 °,120 °)windbreak forest were studied to extract the wind environment. The data were compared to study the wind-proof effect under different wind-proof forest layouts and the impact on the community wind environment. The corresponding wind-proof forest belt construction strategy was discussed to provide design basis and analysis method for the application of wind-proof forest in the rural community wind environment optimization engineering practice in severe cold regions. The research shows that:(1)A main wind speed reduction zone is usually formed in the range of 2.5?20H in the windward forest belt with fixed height(H),which is the best windbreak area compared with the 5?60H mentioned in the previous study.Reduced, close to the distance from the forest belt.(2)The wind speed decreases from the leeward side to the forest zone from 4 to 13 H,and the wind speed decreases usually from 21.7% to 60.8%.(3)When the forest belt layout and the wind direction angle are between 90° and 105°,the windproof effect is gradually weakened, and the weakening effect is about 5%.When the forest belt and the wind direction angle are greater than 105° and tend to be parallel with the wind direction, the wind effect is weakened and the wind effect is less.Based on CFD technology, this paper studies the impact of windbreak forests on the wind environment of rural communities in cold regions by revealing their associated mechanisms, and provides a reference for predicting and evaluating the windbreak effects of rural windbreak forests in cold regions. The feasibility of the field has enriched the methods and approaches of rural planning in severe cold areas, and has positive practical significance for improving the comfort of the wind environment and improving the livability of communities in rural areas in severe cold areas, and provides a reference for future research on rural planning and construction in severe cold areas.
