The normal operation of emergency control equipment for catastrophic airflow is very important to the safety and stability of mine disaster rescue operation.However,due to the lack of reliability theory in the testing stage,the reliability is relatively low under different disaster scenarios.Therefore,the synergy reliability of equipment is studied.In order to solve the uncertainty of overpressure value of gas explosion shock wave,a GMM model is proposed based on MCMC random sampling.Through the statistics of gas explosion accidents,the data sets and corresponding density distribution functions were established,and the state transition matrix was built by using EM algorithm optimization parameters.Then,the MCMC gas explosion shock wave overpressure numerical inversion can be realized.Combined with the anti-explosion strength of the fast airtight equipment,the reliability rate of the fast airtight equipment at distances of 100 m,200m,300 m,500m and 1000 m was obtained.Aimed at the reliability problem of combined wind control equipment,Bayesian network method was proposed.Through failure impact analysis,the system fault tree model was established and then converted into Bayesian network.The reliability analysis of the model is carried out,which is based on Netica Bayes tool.The results show that the probability of system failure caused by substation communication is the highest when under normal conditions.The data monitoring and central station communication nodes have great influence on intelligent control.The synergy reliability evaluation model of equipment was constructed,and the reliability grade was obtained by real-time evaluation of equipment.Based on the integrated learning framework,the evaluation index was determined.And the collected measured data were trained by data mining theory to obtain the random forest synergy reliability model.The test results show that the evaluation model has high accuracy and provides theoretical guidance for the reliable operation of equipment in disaster period.Figure 32;Table 16;Reference 57...
