There is a complex dynamic interactive coupling process between urban "development" and "bearing capacity".To clarify the collaborative development relationship and interaction mechanism between development intensity and ecological bearing capacity is the important connotation and motivation of its sustainable development.The renewable resource city has experienced the long-term evolution from the growth,maturity to recession of the resource city.The low-density and disordered expansion of land is the main feature of urban sprawl.The phenomenon of land urbanization and out of control of space is very serious.In the early stage of urban development,resource utilization efficiency and environmental pollution are easy to be ignored.The ecological protection and governance are slow,and environmental pollution is serious.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the coordinated development with the ecological environment in the process of the development and construction of renewable resource cities.It is necessary to clarify the coupling relationship and driving mechanism between the development intensity and the ecological bearing capacity,which is of great significance to promote theoptimal allocation of space resources and improve the quality of new urbanization.Based on the evolution trend of the interaction between the development and the bearing system of the renewable resources city,this paper takes the towns of Maanshan City as the research unit(including the construction towns,streets and the main urban areas),and takes 2008-2018 as the basic research period,using the coupling coordination degree and the grey prediction model,combined with the spatial analysis methods such as ESDA and GWR,reveals the coupling between the development intensity and the ecological bearing capacity According to the overall situation,spatial pattern and driving factors of coordinated development,the paper puts forward the adaptive path of coordinated development,and constructs a research paradigm of "theoretical induction empirical research strategic response",aiming to provide advice and reference for such urban development and construction and ecological protection strategic decision-making.The main research results are as follows:(1)Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the relationship between human and land in renewable resource cities is extremely disharmonious,which is manifested in the long-term low efficiency of industrial and economic transformation,the continuous extensive development of land and the increasingly complex ecological governance.Its development bearing system is far away from the equilibrium state for a long time,with typical characteristics of system instability,multi-level structure,internal self-organization and strong policy guidance.At the same time,the coupling coordination mechanism can be summarized as "state pressure adjustment" driving mechanism and "goal policy response" response mechanism through the exploration of the coupling interaction law of the development bearing system of renewable resource cities,the analysis of the coupling development evolution process and the division of coupling coordination restriction types.(2)In 2008-2018,the development intensity of Maanshan City increased rapidly,and the spatial heterogeneity became more and more prominent.The high value gathered in the development axis of towns on both sides of the Yangtze River(Maanshan section)and in the middle of the Yangtze River(Maanshan section),and the low value distributed in the form of dots around the towns in the ecologically sensitive area.The ecological bearing capacity rose steadily,the spatial difference was not large and remained stable,with the Yangtze River(Maanshan section)as the boundary,and the West was slightly higher than the East The spatial distribution characteristics of components.In the past 10 years,the coupling coordination of development intensity and ecological bearing capacity of the sample area has maintained a continuous upward trend,gradually transiting from the reluctant coordination stage to the medium coordination stage,presenting the overall distribution pattern of high in the middle and low on both sides,and the spatial agglomeration trend is more significant,and the distribution of cold and hot spots is relatively stable.Through the prediction model calculation,by 2025,the coupling coordination degree of Maanshan will reach a good coordination stage,and the two systems will continue to promote each other,coordinate and synchronize,and improve the overall direction,but the differences between towns are still significant.(3)The driving factors of the coordinated development of Maanshan's development intensity and ecological bearing capacity have significant temporal and spatial heterogeneity.The driving forces of key elements are: industrial transformation > Economic Development > government regulation > resource agglomeration.From 2008 to 2018,the high value areas of the economic development driving factor transferred from the municipal area to Bowang district and the towns in the southeast of Dangtu;the regression coefficient of resource agglomeration changed from the "convex" pattern of high in the middle and low in the East and west to the ladder distribution pattern of high in the north and low in the South;the high value towns of the industrial transformation coefficient gradually moved from the southwest and southeast of the city to the surrounding areas of the main city Potential: thedriving force of government regulation evolved from the "concave" pattern of high in the East and west of the central low to the north,high in the South and low in the south,and the driving coefficient of the development axis in the central city was large.The coordinated development of renewable resource city development intensity and ecological bearing capacity is the result of the interaction and coupling of various driving factors,and presents the following characteristics: the exogenous driving path dependence driven by industrial and economic development is still significant;the endogenous driving mode relying on resource and environmental consumption is not sustainable;the dual track driving under the coordination and parallel of government and market is crucial.(4)Based on the research results of the dynamic characteristics and driving mechanism of the coupling of development intensity and ecological bearing capacity in Maanshan City,the strategy and path of collaborative development can be summarized as follows: Firstly,hierarchical ecological governance model.Under the guidance of "multi-agent ecological governance system",it emphasizes the interaction and coordination of local government ecological policy,production enterprise behavior response and residents' independent protection concept.Secondly,precise regional space function.Combined with the characteristics of the main functional attributes of each spatial scale unit,the mechanism of functional division and cooperation between regions and even within regions is constructed,and the targeted and accurate division strategy guidance is carried out.Thirdly,the direction of ecological industrial transformation.By optimizing the structure of agricultural industry,upgrading the level of industrial development,and innovating the new model of service industry,we can build an ecological economic system.
