Research On The Design Strategy Of Architectural Layout Based On Wind Environment

In the high-speed process of urbanization in China,urban space is developing towards high-level and intensive,and then brings a series of negative wind environment problems.More and more scholars begin to pay attention to and continue to study the correlation between urban morphology and wind environment.How to create a good urban wind environment has become the current research hotspot.Introducing the concept of wind environment into the design process of architectural layout,improving the wind environment around the building,is conducive to improving the health and comfort of the city,and promoting the sustainable development of the city.Therefore,the research on the design strategy of architectural layout based on wind environment is of great significance.Based on the characteristics of climate in Beijing,this paper uses Fluent software to study the influence mechanism of building layout form factors on wind environment.The purpose of this paper is to establish a feasible and systematic design strategy of building layout with wind environment as the influencing factors.First of all,by summarizing the research status of urban wind environment at home and abroad,put forward the research problems and objectives,and plan the research content of this paper to lay a good foundation for later writing.Secondly,through the summary of numerical simulation methods and evaluation standards,on the basis of the study of wind field around the building,this paper puts forward the basic settings of this study,including research area,numerical simulation parameter settings and evaluation indexes and methods.In the core part,the form factors that will affect the wind environment in each design stage are proposed.The form factors in the planning and layout stage include building density and plot ratio,plane layout,vertical space gradient,plot orientation,etc.the form factors in the scheme design stage include plane factor,vertical factor,volume factor,etc.the form factors in the preliminary design stage include ground floor overhead,building complex Building corner,sunshade,wind shield,etc.Through the method of control variables,the simulation conditions are listed,the wind environment simulation analysis is carried out by Fluent software,the influence mechanism of form factors on wind environment in different design stages is summarized,and the design optimization strategy of building layout form based on the influence of wind environment is summarized.The design strategy is applied to all design stages of Beijing Fengtai jiujingzhuang project.The wind environment of the original scheme and the scheme after the application of wind environment design strategy are compared to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the design strategy.Finally part summarizes the whole paper and the shortcomings of the research process,and puts forward the prospect of the future research of urban spatial based on wind environment.This paper sums up the architectural layout factors that affect the wind environment in different design stages,simulates and analyzes the influence law of the architectural layout factors on the wind environment by the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,summarizes the architectural layout design strategy based on the wind environment,and applies the design strategy to the design process of Beijing Fengtai jiujingzhuang project for feasibility verification It provides new design ideas and references for the planning and design of future architectural layout and the formation of healthy and comfortable wind environment in the city.
