Research On Financial Support Of Marine Economic Development In Hebei Province

With the gradual expansion of the global economic domain,ocean becomes the focus of new development strategy.The abundant marine resources bring new industries and opportunities to human beings and ocean economy becomes a new economic form.In recent years,marine economy in China has made steady progress.The structure of the marine industries has been reasonably optimized,and the marine high-tech development prospects are broad.Hebei province,as a new developing province of marine economy,should seize the opportunity on the wave of development and provide new impetus for the overall economic development and upgrade.The development of marine industry has its unique financing characteristics,such as long construction cycle,large financing demand and high industrial risk.In the past,the financial support mode of land economic development could not well match it,so it is necessary to develop targeted financial support programs.In this situation,this paper builds the contribution model and the optimal contract model of financial support to marine economy firstly,learns from at home and abroad about the successful living examples of marine economy in financial support and summarizes the financial support from different financing ways for the general experience of marine economy.In the background of the economic and financial development of Hebei province,this paper analyzes the present situation of financial support for marine economy and points out the main existing problems.Through the grey correlation degree model,this paper verifies the positive correlation between the development of marine economy in Hebei province and various support modes,and calculates the correlation degree of different financing methods on marine economy and get the corresponding policy inspiration.Finally,this paper designs the financial support strategy suitable for the development of marine economy and marine industry which includes financial support,policy-based financial support and risk-controlled financial support.This paper puts forward the guarantee conditions for financial support for the development of marine economy.Figure9;Table9;Reference58...
