Now our country attaches highimportance to marine economic zone. In the "Twelve-Five”, it use a special chapter to deploymarine economy development work, and launches the elaboration from optimizes the marineindustrial production and improves the comprehensive marine management. The developmentof marine economy has to be clear.As can be seen, the new round maritime economy development fever is on the rise, but itrequires a lot of money, so the finance is more essential in the marine economy development.The Financial support can promote the marine economy growth effectively. It throughgovernment investment, credit, foreign institutional investment and in marine economic zoneon internal financing and other financing mechanisms, provides a full range of financialsupport for marine economy development, realizes it impetus to the economy growth,especially the growth of credit funds to become the most important factors in the marineeconomy growth.
