Research On Quality Evaluation Of CHINA RAILWAY Express Based On System Dynamics Model

With the advance of The Belt and Road Initiative,CHINA RAILWAY Express(CR Express)has been developing rapidly.Since the opening of CR Express in 2011,while maintaining the high growth rate of traffic volume,the scale of CR Express has been expanding,the transportation organization has been continuously optimized,the quality of service has been continuously improved,and the brand effect has been constantly demonstrated.The development of CR Express has grown from the market cultivation stage to the key stage of improving quality and increasing efficiency.However,the high-quality connotation of CR Express is not clear,there are many problems restricting the development of CR Express.Secondly,CR Express has entered the stage of high-quality development,but its quality evaluation system is not perfect.In the initial stage of development,the evaluation method that only focused on the scope of the scale is too simple,the guiding role of CR Express sustainable development is weakening day by day.Therefore,there is an urgent need to define the high quality of CR Express to clarify the development trend of high-quality trains,and build a sound quality evaluation system of CR Express to analyze the quality level of CR Express,and provide references for operating organizers in order to achieve sustainable development of CR Express.This paper mainly does the following research:Firstly,this paper introduces the operating status of CR Express,and divides the development stage of CR Express with the help of product life cycle theory.It puts forward that CR Express will develop towards the high-quality trend,and then analyzes the quality and high-quality connotation of CR Express.It puts forward from the system point of view that the high-quality system of CR Express includes the three subsystems of product quality,work quality and service quality,and makes a detailed analysis of the factors affecting each system.Secondly,based on the influence factors of the quality subsystem and the reference to the quality evaluation literature,this paper initially constructs the quality evaluation index system of CR Express.It introduces the index screening method based on information sensitivity,and uses this method to filter the index and determine the objective weight of the index.It introduces the stochastic analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weights and combines the subjective and objective weights to complete the construction of the evaluation index system.Then,this paper introduces the method of system dynamics and analyzes the feasibility of which is used for the quality evaluation of CR Express.Based on the quality evaluation index system of CR Express,this paper defines the boundary and hypothesis conditions of the quality evaluation system,establishes the quality evaluation system dynamics model of CR Express,as well as the product quality subsystem,the work quality subsystem,the service quality subsystem dynamics model,and explains the mathematical expression of the model variable.Finally,this paper takes CR Express(Xi'an)as an example to analyze the system dynamic model of the CR Express quality evaluation.It uses VENSIM PLE software to analyze the validity and historical test of the model,it analyzes the quality level of CR Express(Xi'an),and combines with sensitivity analysis and policy experiment analysis to put forward the high-quality development proposal of CR Express(Xi'an).
