| With the acceleration of China’s economic transformation,the acceleration of the process of low-carbon development and the adjustment of its energy structure,the development of new energy has become the core content of the country’s energy transformation and an important way to deal with climate change.Among them,wind power generation is a kind of new energy which does not consume mineral energy,does not pollute the environment,has short construction cycle,flexible construction scale and has good social and economic benefits.Its project investment is in the ascendant.However,due to the difficulty of wind power project development and the high risk of investment,it is of great significance to the decision-making and implementation of project investment.The comprehensive evaluation of wind power projects in this paper has important research value and practical significance for the active and orderly development of wind energy resources,the effective increase of clean energy supply,and the promotion of energy structure adjustment and energy saving and emission reduction.Firstly,the background and significance of wind power development and the status quo of wind power farm construction projects at home and abroad are systematically studied.Secondly,the characteristics of wind power projects and wind power evaluation characteristics are studied and analyzed.Thirdly,based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a multi-level comprehensive evaluation of wind power projects is constructed from four aspects:technology,economy,society and environment.The index system and research determine the weight value of the evaluation index,and use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct a comprehensive evaluation model for each index synthesis.Finally,in the empirical study,the comprehensive evaluation of the HPZH wind power farm phase I construction project is carried out,the results show that the project is technically operable,economic benefits are good,social environment can bring positive impact,and has a development.Sustainability of exhibition.The research results of this paper provide important criteria for investment decision-making and effective implementation of the first phase of HPZH wind power farm construction project,and have certain reference value and reference significance for investment decision-making and actual implementation of related wind power construction projects. |
