Design And Implementation Of Community Management System Based On UML And ArcGIS Engine

With advancement of urbanization and the increase of urban floating population quantity,community's structure and function become increasingly diversified and complicated as the basic unit of the city.Because the traditional management method already can not meet the needs of community development,Community management informationization gradually becomes the focus of attention.At present,Most scholars mainly take community population and community property into consideration but not think about community sports management when they design community management system.However,with the development of social economy and the boost of people fitness consciousness,Community sports management has become an important part of community management.This paper based on GuiLin community data uses UML modeling,combined ArcGIS Engine component library,Access database and.NET technology to design and finish a community management system.The system solves the acute problems in community management,provides help to community managers work,enhances community manager's working efficiency and promotes the long-term development of the community service management.This paper surrounded the construction of community management system discusses the methods and techniques of requirements analysis,system design and system implementation.This paper firstly recommends the study background and the meaning of the system,international and domestic status quo,the main researching contents of this thesis and thesis structure.Secondly,according to system optimal business process based on customer actual demand,the system is segmented into six functional modules: system management module,population information management module,building information management module,the sports facilities management module,query and statistics management module,the map management module.the functions of each module are defined and the system performance are determined.On this basis,the thsis uses UML modeling tools to design the system database and displays each function module design process of system in the form of class diagram and sequence diagram.Based on system's particular design,the system functions are realized by using visual studio 2010 development tool.Finally,a conclusion and prospect of the full article is made.The function of the system is fully implemented.The system runs stability and meets the business needs of customers at the same time the system can provide the reference for the construction of similar software.
