Research On TFP In Shandong Province Under Supply Side Structural Reform

The supply-side structural reform is currently a new tactical arrangement for promoting economic development across the country and various regions.The effectiveness of the reform is reflected in the enhancement of total factor productivity.Theref ore,the improvement of total factor productivity is the key link for Shandong Province to carry out supply-side structural reforms in the future and improve regional comprehensive strength and economic level.This paper systematically summarizes and comments on the relative theory of TFP at home and abroad.In the context of supply-side structural reforms,we make a comprehensive analysis of the current economic development in Shandong Province.By selecting the input and output indicators of factors and scientifically constructing In order to evaluate Shandong's total factor p roductivity index system in the context of supply-side structural reforms,this paper uses data envelopment analysis and 17 cities in Shandong Province as efficiency eva luation units to collect input and output data from 2006 to 2016.From BCC perspective And Malmquist index analysis perspective,the thesis makes a horizontal and vertical comprehensive evaluation and comparison on the input-output indicators of Shandong Province and its 17 cities respectively.The evaluation results show that ther e is a certain amount of redundancy and relaxation in the input-The results showt hat the economy in Shandong Province does not reach the optimal level of efficiency and the factors should be effectively improved according to the evaluation results and the actual conditions.Based on total factor productivity,17 cities in Shandong Province are clustered and finally divided into three categories: Is conducive to the implementation of relevant policies;for the last,according to the factors affecting the total factor productivity of Shandong Province According to the results,aiming at the problems existing in economy in Shandong Province under the structural reform of supply-side in Shandong Province,we put forward corresponding countermeasures to increase total factor productivity.
