With the release of head-mounted virtual reality display devices such as HTC VIVE,OCULUS,Gear VR,virtual reality is setting off a burst and changing the world in various fields from military,aerospace,culture,medicine,remote control,education and leisure.Moreover,the National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline mentioned the research and development and comprehensive application of technologies such as natural interaction and virtual reality to the height of the national strategy.This project is based on the sub-project VR Astronomy Knowledge Learning System in the development of Beijing Science Popularization Project Remarkable Science Popularization,carrying out the interaction design research under the virtual reality context,constructing the interaction design method in the virtual reality context,and carrying out the design and development of the VR science project.The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the content composition,interaction mode and supporting hardware of virtual reality context,this paper reveals the characteristics of virtual reality context from the aspects of immersion,interactivity,imagination and intelligence,and introduces related research results of hierarchical design theory,human-computer interaction theory,immersion theory and user experience theory into the exploration of interaction design method in virtual reality context,and re-examines the guiding principle of interaction design in the context of virtual reality from the perspective of art design.(2)For the representative virtual reality application cases in the market,this paper makes a depth analysis on the factors affecting the interaction design in the virtual reality context from the aspects of interaction function,interaction behavior,interaction feedback,interactive support technology,explores the information input functions carried by high-frequency behaviors such as gestures,body movements,sounds,Touch,head movements,movements,eye movements,and feedback forms of interaction such as vision,sound,Touch,and smell,and studies the characteristics and limitations of the interactive technology commonly used in the virtual reality context from the aspects of sensing channel,application environment requirements,stability and accuracy.(3)This paper proposes a hierarchical design method and interaction design principles for virtual reality context.The method takes hierarchical structure theory as the guide,divides the design contents into four relatively independent layer that functional layer,behavior layer,feedback layer and technical layer,according to the characteristics of interaction design in the virtual reality context,proposes design methods and design guiding principles for each layer,and uses the design method and design guidelines for the design and development of the popular science exhibition Star Map History based on HTC VIVE hardware.This project differentiates from the traditional research based on interactive technology and conducts interactive design research in the virtual reality context for application requirements from the perspective of art design.It takes the human and virtual reality environment as a entirety,studies the interaction design process,method and guiding principle in the virtual reality context from the functional layer,behavior layer,presentation layer,technology layer,and is ability to provide guidance for the interaction design in the virtual reality context,promotes the innovation and industrialization of emerging frontier fields related to virtual reality,and helps to enhance the independent innovation capability of culture and technology.
