In this paper, according to the IVIFWGA operator, the GIVIFWGA op-erator is proposed, and the properties of GIVIFWGA operator are introduced,and the numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the operator.This paper proposes a new method of attitudes concentrated order to solve the multi-attribute group decision-making problems where values are provided as inter-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, considering the situations of the deci-sion maker's risk preferences and attribute weights are not completely determined.Firstly, comparing with the evaluating values in the decision-making matrix ac-cording to the defined score function, and then arrange schemes in linear sequence.Secondly, on the basis of this new ranking method, building a model to gain at-tribute weights, and aggregate all the schemes by taking advantage of weighted average operator to obtain the sorting order.Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the feasibility of this method.
