Laser power supply is an important part of laser equipment.Nowadays,the development of laser power supply is faster and faster because of the renewal of laser equipment.With the rapid development of power electronics technology,digital chips have replaced the analog circuits.In addition,the integration of chips and modules is becoming more and more popular,which makes the design of driving power supply more and more integrated and smaller.The main content of this paper is to study the hybrid integration of solid-state laser power supply.Firstly,the charging circuit of constant current converter with frequency of 200 kHz,the signal source circuit with BT33 FJ as the main vibration level and the control circuit with surface mounting technology(SMT)are designed.In order to reduce the volume and weight,quasi-pre-ignition circuit and flat inductor are used in the discharge circuit,and the power attenuation constant alpha is 0.4.Then,using the concept of integrated power electronic module(IPEM),a three-dimensional stacked power integrated module based on packaging technology is designed.The power circuit etched on the aluminum substrate and the control circuit PCB board are electrically connected by metal pillar interconnection technology.The significance of this integrated module is to realize the optimal combination of the main energy circuit and its drive,control and protection circuits,and to realize the miniaturization of power supply.Finally,the thermal design of the integrated module is simulated and analyzed by software Or CAD,Origin,Ansys and FLOTHERM,and the parasitic parameters of the module are simulated and analyzed by Q3 D software.The results show that compared with the design of discrete circuit power supply,the design of hybrid integrated circuit can not only increase power density,but also reduce parasitic parameters.The modular design makes the power supply smaller in size and better in function.
