| Along with the increasing of LNG demand in the global-wide,the LNG module construction business becoming an integral part in offshore engineering construction market.Compared with the traditional offshore,the LNG module structure is more complex,requirement of build is stricter.Due to pipeline and equipment through structure panels,the structure panel is incomplete or partial structural strength is insufficient.And a large number of additional structures need to be pre-installed on the structure panel,will cause great influence to the weight of the panel and can produce a large local deformation.In LNG integration construction process,above factors have important influence on the panel lifting.And there is no mature LNG structure panel lifting technique.In this paper,a LNG structure panel lifting menthod is put forward and the present situation,lifting capacity,lifting venue has been analysised.The SACS software were used to analysis of the overall strength for the structure panel,and the ANSYS software were used to analysis the local structural strength of lifting position.As a result,put forward to strengthen local structure analysis is of great significance in the analysis of lifting.At the same time,by studying the lifting force and deformation of structure panel,deformation control is proposed for the importance of LNG panel lifting.And through the overall analysis of the LNG panel,adjusted the lifting point layout,optimize the lifting plan.In this paper,the lifting force of the panel was studied in the combine lifting of the two cranes,through the analysis of the influence for the overall structure strength and local structure strength in the condition of out of sync,and puts forward magnigicent and methods for the control the out of sync of LNG panel.Finally,a lifting technique of LNG panel was puts forward.In this paper,the lifting technique has been applied to the YAMAL project,comparing with the traditional lifting technique,the new lifting technique is more safety and lower cost... |
