With the continuous increase of data acquisition methods,earth system science has also entered the era of "big data".How can researchers from different professions and different research fields obtain the data they want from the complicated and complex earth system scientific data become a question worth exploring.Nowadays,web-based data sharing has become the mainstream.This method usually provides users with different levels,different fields,different specialties,different applications,and different topics of scientific experimental data in the form of portal websites.However,the existing geoscience data sharing mainly focuses on the research and construction of technologies such as metadata management and unified retrieval,distributed data storage,standard network services,portal websites,etc.,and does not spend too much time on the inconsistency of spatial references.The global space grid technology can realize the multi-source heterogeneous data contained in the same reference frame,but the research of grid technology is still mainly based on desktop applications.How to combine global space grid technology with Web Services to realize data retrieval based on global space grid in web environment is a question worth thinking about.Based on the analysis of the existing multi-source heterogeneous data integration and sharing technology,this article establishes the mapping relationship between the global spatial grid and the existing data from the perspective of building middleware,and combines metadata technology and Web service technology to achieve Consistent integration of various data spaces,and free and convenient retrieval and sharing of multi-source data in grid blocks.The research content of the paper is as follows:(1)Research on data integration technology based on global spatial grid.Under the established global space grid framework,that is,the space system grid of the earth system based on the degenerate octree of the sphere,under the condition that the existing technical system of each department and unit database remains unchanged,by adding the grid code and Local spatial coordinates,build a unified grid index,and provide the basis for the establishment of search middleware and search services based on the global space grid.(2)Research on global space grid search middleware and search services.Through the analysis of the functions that the retrieval middleware should complete and the characteristics of the earth system scientific data,for the global spatial grid,the design conforms to the standardized description format of data transmission andexpression under the framework,for the application needs and domain-oriented,combined with web services to design the global Spatial grid retrieval service.(3)Development and verification of prototype system.In this part,based on the research of spatial data integration method and the global spatial grid retrieval service oriented to the web,combined with WebGIS development technology,a prototype system of retrieval service based on global spatial grid is designed and developed,and experiments are designed to verify the relevant theories of this article.Technical feasibility.The paper has 26 pictures,16 tables,and 83 references.
