China has a vast area of oceans with rich resources.However,in terms of the exploitation of the ocean resources,the integration of information technology and marine industry is not high while it is an important problem for the development of China's marine information economy to solve the acquisition,management and application of marine data.The collection and transmission of marine data is an important technical basis for the development of marine information technology.Among which,the application of marine communication technology plays a key role.In terms of marine satellite communication,China's self-built "Tiantong-01" satellite mobile communication system,as the "Chinese version of Inmarsat",is able to meet the communication needs of all kinds of equipment at sea.With flexible network set-up,less interference,stable operation,strong confidentiality and reasonable price,it has the advantage of not being limited by geographical environment and foreign technology.There is a huge commercial market and development space in China's marine construction.Therefore,an ocean data collecting device has been designed,based on the satellite communication of Tiantong,which aims to auto connect the Lora network constructed by the data collecting device and the mobile satellite network of Tiantong in the local area of the ocean.Ultimately,the goal of the data transmission,on-site information monitoring,storage and analysis of position trace can be achieved on the terminal devices.This thesis analyzes the related technologies of Tiantong communication satellite and selects the module of Tiantong communication according to the design requirements.Based on the analysis of the communication protocol about Tiantong,the communication method of Tiantong module is proposed.In the device circuit design,this thesis provides the design framework and schematic diagram of each circuit module.In the design of the underlying software,the kernel is modified,cropped and transplanted to complete the required device operating system.In the application layer,Java language multithreading technology is used to write the terminal app to realize the independent operation of each module function.The functions of application software include the receiving of Lora data,automatic storage of collected data,communication protocol conversion,real-time display of interface,offline map download,data trace analysis,etc.In testing,this thesis built a background running server and designed a web interface to display the real-time received data,and saved the information received by the server to the database.At the end of the thesis,the functions of the marine data collecting device based on the satellite communication of Tiantong are tested in the marine environment.In this thesis,we design an accurate,real-time and multi-functional intelligent device by combining the low-power self-organizing local area network technology and the satellite communication technology of Tiantong,which provides a new solution for the marine data acquisition based on satellite communication.
