Research On Taizhou Mineral Geological Information Integration And Management Platform Based On The "One Map"

Cities becomes bigger and bigger due to the continuous advancement of national industrialization and urbanization,which has put forward new requirements on the government’s urban management capacity,Besides the decentralized management mode of multiple departments can’t meets the production and construction needs of cities any more.In order to solve the above problems,the Ministry of Natural Resources is set up to manage problems in urban development as a whole.The one map of land and resources is proposed in this context,it was built a unified data center and integrate all kinds of natural resource data into a unified spatial framework,so as to realize the coordination of multiple city planning and the management of natural resources by the land and resources authorities.At present,in the management of Taizhou Natural resources,the main problems faced by mineral and geological resources are the low degree of data utilization and the insufficient level of information construction.For example,due to the lack of a unified standard geological data management system,problems frequently arise in the information management of geological data.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the main research results mainly include the following aspects:(1)The geological data management standard that conforms to Taizhou "one map" system management is constructed.By studying the information in land data management standard,land database construction standard,geological archive data management standard,geological delivery standard and so on,research and develop the Taizhou mines "One map" data management standard,implements the Taizhou mining geological data in the "One map" of information management,for other municipal units "One map" of the geological data management provides the reference experience(2)A mineral geology database was established.Under the guidance of the management standard of Taizhou "One map" mineral geological data,the processing of Taizhou mineral geological data has been completed.At the same time,combined with the demand of "One map",the data organization model,physical model,update model and safe backup model of geological database under the "One map" are studied and designed to meet the unified management of mineral geological data under the "one map" system in Taizhou(3)The data model which combined with business of the mineral geology and land resource is proposed.Built on mineral geological data in the data library,on the basis of the combination of "One map" business system for mining geological data and the unification of the data of land resources management needs,and use the method of functional domain analysis of geological and mineral data relationship between land resources related business,design and construction of geological and mineral business relation data model,land resources for the realization of the Taizhou "One map" system of mineral geology and land resources business management provides the basis(4)Based on the demand of the Taizhou Natural Resources and Planning to the mineral geological information management platform,we designed the framework and functions of the system,use the technology of the multi-source fusion and Web GIS to development the system so that to realize the integrated management of mineral geological data by Taizhou Natural Resources and Planning.Paper designed and implemented based on the "One map" mineral geology information management platform,improve the Taizhou natural resources and planning bureau of mineral geological data utilization ability and management ability,strengthening the supervision and management of the Taizhou area land,realize the development process of Taizhou resources pollution of land management and repair in time,contain the land illegal chaos to build,violation of development of mineral resources and other issues,to ensure the implementation of the national land policy and implementation.
