Research On The Consolidation And Construction Of Real Estate Registration Data Based On GIS

In order to solve the problem of the unified integration of real estate data into the database,taking the county-level administrative region as the research object,using the technology of GIS data processing,we have completed the work of data collection,standardized processing,establishment of standard database,unified storage management and final database inspection: by studying the data organization of real estate status quo A database containing the one key is established.Descriptive information,vector maps,building tables,floor plans and scanners of property rights certificates are integrated into the database by standardized data forms,and real estate numbers are allocated to form an integrated database of maps,attributes and archives.The chattel registration information platform makes effective logical connection through the land number,building number,real estate unit number and property right certificate number,and forms an integrated display and analysis platform with graphics,business handling and archives data.It can provide a collaborative working environment with the integration of maps,subordinates and archives,and finally complete the real estate data integration.The research shows that the research of real estate data integration by means of geographic information technology fits well with the background of the big data information era.By analyzing the existing registration data and processing the existing database,it shows us that the process of data integration provide guarantee for the registration business daily,and this information integration model can provide useful experience and successful practices for real estate registration research.Figure17;Table 32;Reference 46...
