| Public service for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction is an urgent need to effectively prevent earthquake disaster risk,safeguard people’s life and property safety,realize the "Two Centenary Goals" and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is an effective way for earthquake departments to strengthen social management and public service functions.It is the only way to enhance the leading position of earthquake protection and disaster reduction public service in the whole earthquake business and realize the overall improvement of earthquake protection and disaster reduction comprehensive strength.Since the eighteenth congress,to implement the General Secretary Xi on disaster prevention and reduction,improve the ability of natural disaster prevention and relief the importance of public service spirit,according to the General Secretary Xi "two adhere to the" "three transformation" new ideas,new requirements,service the new era of modernization construction,earthquake prevention and disaster relief cause to meet people’s increasing seismic safety requirements,Higher requirements are put forward for improving the supply level of public services for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.This article system combing the current Inner Mongolia autonomous region public service development present situation,the mitigation of earthquake disasters are closely around the autonomous region quality development of earthquake prevention and disaster relief cause new era,draw lessons from the domestic parts in protecting against and mitigating earthquake disasters and the advanced experience of public service,using a service-oriented government theory,synergy governance theory and the theory of fine management,Starting from the public’s demand for public services for earthquake protection and disaster reduction,this paper studies the existing problems in three aspects of monitoring information service for earthquake protection and disaster reduction in autonomous Region,earthquake risk prevention and control service,public opinion guidance related to earthquake and science popularization service.Reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide practical reference for improving public services of earthquake protection and disaster reduction in Inner Mongolia,and promote the comprehensive ability of earthquake protection and disaster reduction in Inner Mongolia. |
