With the popularity of plastic products in the people’s life and development of injection molding technology, Injection molding machine has become one of the most important machinery equipment in plastic processing field. But both in research and development of injection molding machine field, we are quite backward than those developed countries at present. It is imperative to improve the level of injection molding designationThe clamping device is the main mechanical structure of Injection molding machine,and the key parts of clamping device are templates. The performance of templates largely determines the quality of plastic products. And templates are major consumption of steel parts, the cost of machine will reduce if templates become lightAlso improving the quality of templates will enhance the competitiveness of the products. Therefore, machine manufacturing urgently need to solve a problem that how to improve the designation level of templates.The templates of BE150 injection molding are treated as the research object in this paper, Based on the finite element method, the static analysis and the optimization of the structure of the injection molding machine are carried out by using the finite element software. The main content of this paper can be list as follow:Firstly, the basic theory of the finite element method to solve the contact problem is studied, based on the theoretical support, the template model is introduced into the finite element software by using three bit software,To expand the former template, the template of the different analysis of the simulation analysis, respectively, the template of the stress, strain results. Analysis template design is consistent with the use of performance requirements. During the comparison to determine a better analysis of the program for the follow-up work to determine the program.Secondly, based on the theory of continuous extension and complement optimization. As the research object, the structure of the template is optimized, A new type of template structure was extracted and the model was established according to the density cloud image obtained by the operation. Subsequently, a new template model was built to optimize the size of the template structure.Finally based on the modeling software SolidWorks to carry out the two times of the special template modeling program. The new template based on the optimal dimension obtained from the previous chapter, The main feature of the template size of the parameters of the drive, By means of numerical simulation, the input parameters are determined, and the template structure is established quickly.
