The Research On The Recycling And Reuse Of Reused Building Meterials

The production process of building material requires a lot of natural resources and energy.2/3 building engineering cost is consumed by using in materials;However,within the acceleration of the urbanization process,a large number of buildings has been demolished and rebuild,coupled with the impact of natural aging,natural disasters,a large number of used building materials generated without reasonable treatment,resulting in natural resources and energy waste,environment pollution.The intense conflict between the consumption of the resources in new building material production process and unreasonable treatment of used building material is more and more critical.The recycling and reuse of used building material is totally a brand new way to solve this problem.The paper firstly illustrates the definition and characteristics of used building materials,recycling,reuse.Compared recycling with reuse,based on the Building Lifecycle Theory and the Sustainable Development Theory,analyzes the factors in the process of recycling and reuse of used building materials.Secondly,this paper will study the recycling and reuse of used building material from three parallel aspects as below:(1)According to material aesthetics analysis and the building material characteristics differences between recycling and reuse,this part has studied reused building material on aesthetics aspect,including some unique aesthetic characteristics of used building materials in the shape,color,texture,touch texture and so on,which can provide ideas on how to use used building material to design.(2)Discuss the ecological value,economic value and social influence on recycling and reused building material from three aspects as the ecological sustainable development,economic sustainable development,the sustainable development of the society.Analyze the relationship between the recycling and reused building material and circular economy in China presently.Affirming that it is conform to the sustainable development.(3)Relying on technology,introduce the recycling technology and reuse technology of used building material,to ensure the smooth production of recycled products and reuse process.At the same time,provide some new implementation strategies on recycling and reuse building material from these aspects such as prolenged life of material,improve building dismantling technology,design for building dismantling,formulating laws and regulations.Finally,to make it effectively,this paper discuss the feasibility of the recycling and reused building material through some actual instances.This paper,which will be a powerful supplement in building sustainable development research,provide a totally new perspective to discuss the recycle and reuse of used building material,and has made a detailed and comprehensive discussion on it.I hope it may rise the attention of our whole society and would be a guideline for those who are building material research stuff and engineering design stuff.
