Research On The Building Of Recycling Eco-city Of Changsha

Eco-city is an effective way to achieve the coordination between urban economic and the environment which is under the guidance of sustainable development thought. And circular economy becomes a good way in order to achieve the goal of eco-city. As it is a new model of economic growth, not only changes the reality of extensive use of natural resources and environmental in the past, but also provides a new method for Eco-city's economic development. Based on the above thought, the thesis puts forward the idea of basing on circular economy theory to construct eco-city and took example of Changsha to find ways of constructing eco-city in Changsha.Recycling-economy is the important content of eco-city construction. Both of them have the same and different points. so from choosing evaluation index, we should look after both economy development index and environment protection index, according to the theory of eco-city and recycling-economy system index in eco-city construction from economy, environment and society three aspects. at the same time, making sure each index power by factorization method and analyzing the status of Changsha city in 2003-2007,we take apart the advantage and disadvantage in recycling-economy building. Aiming at the initial examining result of comprehensive evaluation on recycling-economy in Changsha city, and making reference to viewpoint, we put forward some suggestions to build recycling-economy in Changsha eco-city construction: developing a recycling eco-agriculture and eco-industry, a servicing business according with recycling-economy principle.There are several innovation in this paper. Firstly, the article chooses Changsha as an example. By building the capital eco-city index system, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Changsha eco-city construction. Secondly, In connection with the eco-city construction of Changsha"Eleventh Five-Year Plan", the article systematically describes the direction and content of the capital eco-city construction. Thirdly, the artlicle combines the circlar economy with eco-city construction and demonstrates the important meaning to construct eco-city on basis of circlar economy.
