Based on the object of rolling mill drive system in this article,the delivery dynamic characteristics of the rolling mill drive system are analyzed by making its dynamic mathematical model.The result of the study has a guiding effect on precision of the rolling mill system.At first,the principles of roller mill were introduced.The parts of the mill and the work process of transmission system were detail introduced.Meanwhile,the leaf rolling process was simply summarized.Besides,the rolling mill drive system was mechanically established.Second,the dynamic mathematical model of rolling mull drive system was established.The dynamic excitations of gear transmission system were analyzed,and the meshing errors,stiffness and damping of the gear were calculated.The dynamic model of rolling mill drive system was established on this basis.Through simulation of rolling mill drive system dynamic model,its findings suggested the rolling mill drive mechanism transited bilateral shock to single impact,the dynamic load amplitude of gear was increased with the increase of gear backlash.Meanwhile,the rolling mill drive had a certain width discrete spectrum.Finally,the electrical control system of roller mill was designed.The general design scheme was made and the appropriate hardware and software design were given.
