With the advancement of the technology,cement industry production technology has also made great progress.Cement grindingequipment,such as the roller mill,is widely used and served as the key to the cement production,which has significant economic and social benefit.Due to the big size,long construction cycle and high manufacturing cost of the mill,its current research is mostly confined to the structure design,while lack of the grasp of the internal regulation of the actual production,which results that the actual application is not fully played.Hence,research on the features of the flow field of the roller mill can provide theoretical basis and method support for the design of the roller mill.The paper states the work and the results of the analysis of the flow field in the roller mill,here's a summary:(1)Build the 3D model of the internal flow field of the machine,the model of the flow field in this paper reflects some important structures,such as the vane,separator and the grinder rills.Mesh the model,get the high quality mesh file,which is fit for the numerical calculation.Import the mesh file to Fluent,choose the appropriate analysismodel,define the boundary conditions,simulate and do the post-processing.Analyze the velocity field and pressure field,so as to obtain a comprehensive graspon the mill both in the structure and operating condition.(2)Theresearch shows that there is a strong three-dimensionalturbulent flowfieldinside the machine,which exists much turbulence and vortex.The analyze of the velocity field and pressure field reveals that the loss of the pressure in the vane and rotor blade of the separator is serious.Both the wind guide blade and rotor blade of the separator have great influence on the separating efficiency and system resistance.Designing the structure of the separator rationally hasguidingsignificancefor the improvement of the machine.(3)The influence on the velocity field and pressure field is studied by comparing different factors,such as spacing of the classifier ring,shell inclination angle of the separator,installation angle of the wind guide blade,rotor speed and supply air volume of the system,the research also analyzes the production and the elimination of the vortex,then concludes the proper parameters to reduce the system pressure loss,which has important guiding significance.Based on the practical engineering application and combined with the actual process parameters,the paperputs forward a set of numerical calculation method for studying the flow field of the roller mill,and analyzes the influence of its structure parameters and operating parameters on the flow field,which has important value to guide the practical production.
