The roller bending is a common method to improve the shape of the plates, and it is a core technology in the practical situation of producing. The rolling mill could change the convexity of the roller through bending to control the shape and better the quality of products.1700ASP of Ansteel Hot Strip Mill which could produce2.9million tons a year has its own intellectual property rights. With the development of our economy, the competition between steel companies become more fierce than before and the customers ask more about the quality, so we need to reform the hydraulic system to strengthen the control of the shape of plates, to reinforce our competitive ability in the market.Through the study of the current situation and prospect of the hydraulic roller bending system, in consideration of the practical situation of producing, I reformed the current hydraulic system of our production line and built a mathematical model, simulated and analyzed the response and stability of the system by using Matlab/Simulink.
