This text studies on the roller adjusting mechanism of high rolling mill that rolls aero-engine high precision blade;it is mainly used for adjusting the displacement on roll axis.Analysis of transmission error of adjusting mechanism,choose the appropriate technique for error control and compensation,adjust rollers to the exact location,rolling out high precision blades,in order to improve the performance and service life of the blade.This research method of error analysis is discrediting the system,broken down into the sub-mechanisms,the creation of mathematical models of each sub-mechanism transmission error,to establish mathematical model of the overall transmission error by connecting between each other,to solve error mathematical model by using MATLAB at last.Based on the working principle of adjusting mechanism,analysis of transmission error of the whole system by using the above analysis method,respectively in the case of only the clearance error,only situations of stiffness and practical comprehensive.The result shows that:?Input terminal the motor eliminates gap error transmission in beginning,the system will get up and running;?Stiffness causes to dynamic errors of transmission system,which value within the maximum value,minimum value random;?While a preload quantity is 0.05mm in between the wedge and roll end,transmission error is the minimum,theoretical analysis conclusions the same as the actual test results.Lastly,to control and compensate for transmission error by using a neural network PID control,Results showed that the control system can track the ideal output displacement of roller tracks,and track effect work well.Define transmission error to the interference,adding a disturbance observer in the neural network PID controller.The result shows that the control has a good compensation and control for adjusting mechanism's transmission system,with a stronger anti-interference ability.Control and compensation for transmission error can meet the blade machining precision requirement,and provide a good theoretical basis for PLC control program,it is important for practical application in industry.
