PCM was a new research direction in the field of energy,along with experts and scholars on the gradual improvement of the theory of phase transitions and the continuous progress of science and technology,PCM enabled to increase heat storage capacity of building envelope,its small temperature volatility increased the comfort of indoor living environment,but the phase change material present still had many deficiencies: the leakage of the phase change material plagued experts and scholars,Foreign prepared many varieties of microencapsulated phase change form material,but it was a problem of concern to the public how would the phase change material was effectively combined with traditional building materials and there were significant energy savings.In this paper,we expounded the research progress of PCM at home and abroad in recent years and introduced the species of PCM,working mechanism,advantages and disadvantages,we researched porous material,the latest methods of microcapsules and the technology of parcel of PCM.Overall,this paper studied the entire process of the phase change material: select suitable PCM ?prepare the PCM of reasonable temperature for north apartments ?use expanded glass beads as a carrier for adsorption ?prepared stereotypes composite phase change materials ?Prepared to thermal insulation mortar ?prepared a new phase change energy storage mortar and studied the basic properties of mortar ?research the specific application of PCM through the construction of the phase change room and common room simulation tests to focus on the actual.The main raw materials of this paper were the four PCMs of fatty acids: capric acid,lauric acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid.PCMs of fatty acids had features of latent heat storage high enthalpy,melting wider distribution,stable performance,green environmental protection,wide application.In this paper,based on the theory of equations Schroeder prepared three composite phase change materials,increased component progressively: two yuan PCM,and three yuan PCM four yuan PCM.The observations,binary and ternary phase change material in certain circumstances or phase separation occurs,so to solve this problem by increasing component.Phase change temperature of best binary PCM was 23.93?,phase change heat was143.48J/g;ternary phase change material was 23.10 ?,phase change heat was 130.99J/g;four-yuan phase change material was 21.35?,phase change heat was 140.11J/g.We used glass beads as carrier in this experiment,the choice of adsorption carrier had the advantages of small pore size and porous.Phase change temperature was 21.73?,Phase change heat was 120.04J/g.We prepared New Phase Change mortar by modified lightweight of thermal insulation mortar,and we researched the mechanical properties and thermal storage properties of new Phase Change mortar: compressive strength of new mortar was 1.32 MPa,dry density of new mortar was 380kg/m3,thermal conductivity of new mortar was 0.091W/m·k.phase transition temperature of New Phase Change mortar was 21.20?,latent heat was 53.15J/g.Reporters repeated assay prepared a lot of stereotypes composite phase change material last year,through the actual construction of two equally sized rooms: coMParison test of phase change room and common room,we installed the same heating equipment and used multiple heaters point thermometer to test real-time temperature of indoor,we tested real energy savings and comfort by to test the actual temperature comparison of indoor and outdoor environment: phase change room's temperature had small changes in amplitude,the PCM improved temperature of the room,as compared with the temperature of ordinary room within the phase change rooms increased about 2~3?,reduce the overall volatility of about 1~ 2?,the delay time up to 60 minutes,and the overall improved temperature change of the entire interior,more suitable for human habitation.Through simulation: the phase change room per square meter and per day savings consumption 0.031 kWh;actual phase-change room per square meter and per day savings consumption 0.023 kWh.In this paper,a new method by studying stereotypes composite phase change materials to prove dispersible graphene had advantages for leakage problem of PCM had been outstanding innovative research.Phase change temperature was 20.88?,Phase change heat was 57.85J/g.
