Sodium alginate as a natural polymer extracted from the material substance,Whch is rich in china and is more extensive on source.In the textile industry,alginate fibers are prepared by sodium alginate,Not only do take advantage of he vast marine resources,but also to carry out research on marine biomass energy.The polyacrylamide(PAM)/sodium alginate(SA)solution was prepared,using Acrylamide as cross-linking network monomer,N,N’-dimethylenebiacrylamide as cross-linking agent,Ammonium as initiator respectively.The prepared interpenetrating network solution was mixed with PEO at equal volume.SA/PAM/PEO double network composite fibers were synthesized through electrospinning technique.Alginate fibers were modified by introducing polyacrylamide covalently crosslinked network in alginate solution.The effects of different concentration of sodium alginate,acrylamide concentration,crosslinker concentration and polyethylene oxide concentration on the double network composite fiber membrane were studied,the fiber surface morphology was oberserved by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and draw the fiber diameter distribution.Spinning solution was tested by rotational viscometer,The chemical structure,breakage strength and thermal stability of double network modified sodium fibers were studuied,Which was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),electronic release agent,dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA),thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).Meanwhile,the swelling rate,moisture absorption and dsorption properties of the copper ion of double network composite fibers were discussed.The result showed that the solution required proper viscosity in electrostatic spinning process,Which viscosity of the solution is too large or too small is not conducive to spinning;The best process parameters were determined as follows: SA solution mass fraction was 3 %,mass percentage ratio of network monomer/SA was 30%,mass percentage ratio of cross-linking in sodium alginate and network monomer was 3%,PEO solution mass fraction was 3%;the interaction between PAM and SA is physical blend by FIIR;With the increasing fraction of covalent network,SEM photographs of fibers becomes more rough;Thermal gravimetric analysis showed that the PAM will reduce the thermal degradation properties of calcium alginate fibers;Modified calcium alginate fibers have good hydrophilic properties and adsorption properties of the copper ions.Calcium alginate fibers with double network were prepared by electrospinning technique,The processing is simple,easily operable and and low power consumption.The prepared fiber has great prospects for industrial and commercial applications.
