Accounting for 70%of the coal energy in our country,coal burning is the major source of atmospheric pollutants.After decades of efforts,the power plant coal-fired boiler desulfurization and denitrification has been close to complete,the government shift the emphasis to the industrial boilers with enormous quantity and large coverage gradually.But the existing methods of flue gas treatment for small and medium-sized coal-fired industrial boilers can not meet the new emission standards and the difficulty of the denitration is bigger,therefore,to explore the method and technology for small and medium-sized boiler denitration is a pressing matter of the moment.This paper explores with chlorine d ioxide solution as absorbent for flue gas denitration of feasibility in the simulation of denitrification test device,research the effect of the solution at different concentration,pH,liquid gas ratio,reaction temperature and time on the denitratio n efficiency,and confirmed the best optimal technological condition.The results showed that when the pH was 5,gas flow was 25m3/h,liquid/gas ratio was 18 L/m3,the concentration of ClO2 was 80mg/m3,NO concentration is 500ppm,temperature was 45?,the efficiency of denitrification could reach almost 95%.This paper also analyzed the mechanism and reaction thermodynamics using the data measured by ion chromatography method and five-step iodometry.The result showed that the main products of denitrification were ClO2 and Cl2,and they react with NO and NO2 depth,this academically proved the feasibility of the process.Finally this paper made a simple analysis on the process of economic rationality and confirmed the prospect of its application process.This technology only need to transform the existing desulfurization tower to denitration tower without changing the original equipment of limestone-gypsum method,it can achieve the function of the desulfurization denitration at the same time.And it has cheap operating cost,high denitration efficiency,good adaptability and the potential of ultra-low emission,it is a kind of pollution control technology which is especially suitable for small and medium-sized coal-fired industrial boilers.
