Thermal power and industrial boilers are the main air pollutants emission sources.With the market of thermal power becoming saturated,the task of reducing emissions gradually transfers to industrial boilers.As China's most economically developed regions,the Yangtze River Delta is also one of the most areas with serious air pollution.There are great numbers of medium and small-sized industrial boilers in the Yangtze River Delta.They are close to cities and discharge pollutants at low-altitude,which is extremely harmful to urban environment and health of the residents.It is imperative to control the air pollutants emitted from medium and small-sized industrial boilers.In this paper,the emission status of air pollutants emitted from industrial boilers in the Yangtze River Delta was inspected.Furthermore,the survey of the present situation of air pollution technologies of industrial boiler was also carried out in the case of Zhejiang Province.According to geographical distribution,southern Jiangsu,northern Zhejiang,Shanghai and central Anhui emitted more pollutants.According to the viewpoint of industry distribution,the chemical industry was the main source of emissions in Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.The largest source of emissions in Shanghai was the petrochemical industry.The combustion mode of industrial boilers was mainly layer burning and the tonnage of industrial boilers was almost under 10 t/h.A comprehensive evaluation method of flue gas pollution control technology for medium and small-sized industrial boilers was established.The index weights were determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy objects were quantitatively analyzed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.So that the ranking of different flue gas pollution control technologies in different capacity range boilers were obtained.For medium and small-sized industrial boilers,the economic indicators had the largest weight.As the boiler capacity increased,the technical and environmental performance became more important.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation,the recommended technologies were given based on different combustion methods,fuel types and emission standards.The environmental performance of oil-fired boiler and gas-fired boiler was excellent and it was easy to meet the requirement of ultra-low emission.Coal-fired boiler required the technologies with high removal efficiency to meet the ultra-low emission standard or the special limitation of thermal power.
