In the process,with the increase of crosslinking degree,Trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)presented thermoplastic,thermoelastic and rubber elasticity sequentially.TPI as a matrix rubber blended with other rubber materials for preparing rubber products has already quite mature,but the research which TPI added nanomaterials to prepare trans-polyisoprene nanocomposites rarely reported.Firstly,the effect of vulcanizing agent and carbon nanotubes amount on TPI performance as research purposes,through the preparation of TPI/CNTs composites with different CNTs dosage,through the Gabo dynamic analyzer(DMA)to study the storage modulus' variation with temperature relationship;uses scanning electronic microscope to observe to TPI/CNTs nanocomposites microscopic structure.And make a comparative study on the mechanical properties of the composite material.Acidification carbon nanotube modified to improve its compatibility with TPI,while adding a silane coupling agent,through a comparative study on the curing properties,crystallization properties,dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure,explore the impact of the nanocomposites performance.The study showed that the performance of TPI crystallization and the melting point reduced with the increase in the amount of sulfur;the performance of composites achieves a higher level with added 5-10 phr of carbon nanotube;carbon nanotubes can be better dispersed in the polymerizablematerial matrix after the acid-treated,as adding acidified carbon nanotubes,the tensile strength at 100%modulus,tear strength and hardness of TPI are improved obviously.Second TPI matrix added different amount of nano-titanium dioxide preparation of TPI/TiO2 nano composite.First use of a scanning electron microscope observe the low temperature brittle fractured fracture surface,and by the electron spectroscopy of elemental analysis techniques,characterization of TiO2 inin the distribution of the composite material,study the dynamic storage modulus E' and loss factor tan?.Finally,research the antibacterial,antimicrobial properties of nanocomposite.Studies have shown that nanoparticles conducive to the improvement of the mechanical properties of composites,add a small amount of Ti02 could improve the crystalline properties of the composites,as the amountof nano-TiO2 reach 4 phr,Candida albicans,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,E.coli inhibition rate reach up to more than 80%.
