Casting is one of the most commonly used production process of the metal material forming.what's more,to the casting process,Contributions what Measurement and Control Technology has done is more and more big and effect is more Important.This paper reviewed the development status of die casting machine control system makes a essentials discussion.And analysis of the current measurement and control system has some problem,such as in the presence of die casting technology parameter quantification and visibility is poor,whar's more the injection speed control has not yet reached the accurate automatic control problems.Acording to the above problems,This paper first analyzes the structure of die casting machine,And the influence of parameters of die casting process of the main factors,Established a mathematical model of ejection mechanism,Making the tent map chaos differential evolution PID algorithm applied to the injection control process,the simulation analysis,has good control effectiveness,And then the function of the mobile die casting machine instrument for monitoring and control has been determined.And this paper designs the corresponding hardware circlue.Die-casting machine control system consist of sensors' selection,the design of S3C2440A as the core control system circuit,the design of sampling and control circuit,LCD and key design and so on.This paper analysed the PCB EMC reliability.The software design section includes:the analysis and design based on the ARM control system's starting and running.The drive of IO,AD,LCD,key board and network card has been designed.At last the data show,the curve shows,alarms save historical data and other application functions are completed.The research of Die casting machine monitoring and control system,on the one hand,reduces our dependence on high-end equipment imported.On the other hand it can real-time monitor the entire production process of the injection,And it can find the abnormal production timely,at the same time avoiding the defective and having an active role in improving the economic efficiency.
