Nitrogenous organic compounds is a kind of very important organic compounds,especially the amide class and benzo-heterocyclic compounds is not only an important reagents in organic synthesis,but also a development application in many fields as common intermediates in drug synthesis and materials research,amide compounds containing substituent functional groups can also reflect pharmacological,biochemical,and other activities.Therefore,improving amide synthesis method or amide bonding method to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods has become the popular area of study and the important research goal in drug synthesis industry.The synthesis method has received special attention in recent years,and people have reported a series of catalytic method.This article will revolve around the theme of nitrile hydration to amide compounds and amides derivatives on non-transition-metal catalysis.We firstly reviews the nitrile hydration to amide and heterocyclic compound in the progress of synthesis methods in literature research,and then puts forward the non-transition-metal catalysts in simple gentle,green and efficient method of nitrile hydration in the preparation of amide,amide derivative and the heterocyclic compound,we also raise the new concept of the new method.
