With the development of the global economy,the consumption of electronic products has become a fast developing new industry with enormous market space and broad prospect.Electronic products are based on LCD panel,and the production technology of the LCD panel is complex,involving a wide variety of chemicals and gases.Each process technology generated various kinds of sewage and waste liquid,containing a lot of organic nitrogen,organic sulfur and polymer difficult biodegradable material,and harms the environment.With growing of consumer electronic products,in order to ensure the process emissions LCD panel production of electronic products in the discharge of sewage,the treatment is worthy of attention.This paper mainly described a LCD waste-water treatment plant.By elaboration and analysis,it proposed the reasonable process design,design and preliminary studies in electronic waste water.LCD panel process produced wastewater,and the mainpollutants were organic compounds,fluoride,ammonia nitrogen,salts,heavy metal ion.Thus,waste-water treatment should aim at the situation of water quality treatment.This paper used conventional coagulation sedimentation,A/O process and MBR membrane treatment,advanced treatment with RO membrane treatment.In addition,this study used combination of various processing methods,to meet the sewage discharge standards,and protect environmental.Through trial operation of waste-water treatment plant,the results showed that the effluent quality could satisfy the discharge standard.Finally,the process plan reached the design requirements.
