The successful combination of cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer and rubber crusher machine can effectively reduce the floor space of rubber crusher,improve the transmission efficiency and increase economic efficiency.This article embarks from the actual prototype.It changes some structure of the original cylindrical rollers movable teeth transmission part,which designed by predecessor,and completes the design of reducer's box.Thereby the structure of cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer is closer to the actual machining.The test scheme is designed to test the cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer and the gear reducer,and that includes the transmission efficiency and transmission ratio,vibration and the return difference.But,because the prototype is not processed,the test only exists in the design phase.The kinematics and dynamics simulation of the cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer are done by using Pro/E and ADAMS.And detail drawings are drawn by using CAXA.Do further preparation for processing production prototype.As the kinematics simulation analysis is done by using Pro/E,the input shaft is running with different angular velocities.From the results of the analysis we can get the conclusion:basically it needs 25s as the rotational speed of the output shaft of the cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer from starting running to stable operation,and its transmission ratio is 5.825%more than the original design value.When dynamic simulation analysis is done by using ADAMS,the simulation results of the output shaft without no-load is consistent with kinematics simulation.With the increasing of load on the output shaft,finally,according to the output curve of the output shaft can be seen that the maximum load value of the cylindrical rollers movable teeth reducer has no much difference with original gear reducer.
