The electric submersible progressing cavity pump system is a newly developing oil recovery technique.Compared with traditional rod-having pump system,the electric submersible progressing cavity pump system fundamentally solved these problems that rod string dropout in heavy oil production and the wear of rod string and tubing in deep and directional mining.At the same time,the electric submersible progressing cavity pump system has the advantage that uncomplicated design,little in occupy floor,absence of noise,low cost,hige efficiency and so on.The system also has unique advantages in heavy oil,high hyper concentration,high gas concentration,directional mining and in offshore production platforms.The electric submersible progressing cavity pump system is a technology possessing great developable potential.Meanwhile the electric submersible progressing cavity pump system possessed some technical difficulties.The starting torque of submersible motor with high rotary speed is small,so the screw pump start up difficultly.To design a driveline retarder with high power but small in size used to drive screw pump is significant for improving the electric submersible progressing cavity pump system the ability of adaptating the complex and changing mining environment,saving Energy and increasing the oil production efficiency.According to design requirements and working condition,firstly picked the model number of submersible progressing cavity pump and submersible motor.Then based on the working parameters of submersible progressing cavity pump and submersible motor,definited the design parameters of the reducer.Next,by comparing with many kinds of drive type,movable teeth drivewas applied to the design of submersible reducer in the article.Design and research the submersible reducer in theory.Accomplished the Modeling of submersible reducer with the three dimensional design software PRO/E;Put ADAMS use to carry on the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis;Applied ANSYS to dowith the strain analysis,stress analysis and modal analysis of the submersible reducer.
