| In recent years,accidents of the quality and safety of dairy outbreak frequently,making domestic comments have been lost confidence on it.The phenomenon of Adore Outside could be found everywhere,and the prevalence of international purchasing and "Hong Kong and Macau" restriction have been proved it.Not only the development of dairy industry was restricted by the incidents,but was impact on its direction to some extent.Therefore,a number of legal provisions have been enacted to ensure the safety of dairy products by authority.Risk analysis and assessment is a powerful tool to ensure the safety of dairy products,and it helps to supervise and enhance the quality and safety of dairy industry,and to provide the reference for prevention and industry supervision.In this study,we mainly focus on the research of the base powder from different representative enterprises.Phthalate esters concentration was detected by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS).Dietary intake of phthalate esters from goat milk powder in different ages of infants was simulated by Monte Carlo simulation,and health risk associated with phthalate esters intake was evaluated by applying a reference dose(reference dosed,RfD)developed by Environmental Protection Agency(EPA)of USA.The main results were described as follows.(1)In this study,we establish an analytical method for determination of fifteen phthalate esters in milk powder by solid-phase extraction followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPE-GC-MS).The linear correlation coefficients of seven phthalates in the range of 0.01-10.0mg/L were all over 0.9946.The limits of quantification were between 0.01-0.05mg/kg,and the recoveries ranged from 78 to 110.2%.Relative standard deviations(RSDs)were all less than 12%.This method was suitable for the determination of the bisphenols in milk powder.(2)Four PAEs which are DIBP、DBP、DCHP and DEHP were detected in the factory production water and the proess of fresh milk,mechanical milking,storage tank,ingredients,pasteurization,concentration,spray drying and so on.Through compareing to hand milking and mechanical milking,it turned out that the mass concentration of PAEs of the latter were all higher than the one of the former.The mass concentration of PAEs increased in the process that we get the powdery semi-finished goods from fresh milk to pray drying.(3)Four kinds of phthalate esters were detected in the 150 samples,respectively,which was diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),dibutyl phthalate(DBP),dicyclohexyl phthalate ester(DCHP),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP).The detection rates of DBP,DEHP,DCHP,DIBP were 76.67%,60%,67.33%,42.67%,respectively.The four kinds of PAEs were also detected in feeding environment water.(4)From the aspect of risk of cancer,simulated DEHP intake(90%confidence interval)in three groups of infants,the carcinogenic risk values of 0-6mouth,6-12 mouth,1-3-year-old was 1.56×10-5,2.16×10-5,1.33×10-5 a-1,respectively.Risk values caused by DEHP are all below the standard recommended(1.0×10-4 a-1)by US Environmental Protection Agency.The risk values HI of three groups of infants are lower than 0.22,except HI of DBP is lower than 0.70 at the 99th percentile,and they are all under the risk control standard.It is safe to use this goat milk powder to produce infant formula powder.It is safe to use this goat milk powder to produce infant formula powder. |
