Infant food is a very sensitive food and their qulity and safety have been gained pepole’s great attention. In recently years, infant formula goat milk is favored by consumers increasingly and their many advantages have been a consensus in nutrition and other sides. As we known, goat milk industry of Shaanxi Province are second to none in our country both in quantity and quality. What’s more, the goat milk has been cultivated and developed as the specific resource of Shaanxi Province. The plasticizer is an environmental pollutant which has a great toxicological hazard on the human beings. Infant formula powder is a main source for infant to get PAEs. In order to determine the safety of of plasticizers in infant formula milk powder, the research focused on the infant formula milk powder and other products from ten typical factories in Shaanxi Province and established a Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS) method for the detection of PAEs. Moreover, dietary intake of phthalate esters from goat milk powder was also simulated by Monte probabilistic model. The research has made an objective and scientific evaluation about infant formula goat milk powder. The main conclusions were as follows:(1)In this research, a GC-MS method was established for the detection of PAEs. The sample was dissolved with acetonitrile, then extracted by ultrasonic or vortex, finally detected by GC-MS and quantified by external standare method. The method has some advantages. It needs fewer steps, fewer reagents and little time.(2)About the method the average recoveries ranged from 88.6 to 104.0% and the relative standard deviations(n=6) ranged from 3.6 to 8.7%, so the accuracy and precision measure up the requirement of analysis. The limit of detection of the PAEs ranged from 0.003 to 0.015mg/kg, which is valuable.(3)The method was used to detect about 133 samples, includes infant formula milk powder, the whole goat milk powder, the DWP and the vegetable oil. The results showed that four PAEs which are DMP, DIBP, DBP, and DEHP were carried out in almost total samples. The concentrations of the four PAEs were DMP 5.7-171.0μg/kg, DIBP 3.5-756.5μg/kg, DBP 3.5-1368.7μg/kg, DEHP 5.7-306.5μg/kg.(4)The frequency of detection and concentrations of the four PAEs were discrepant in different samples. But the frequency of detection and concentrations of PAEs were higher in the whole goat milk powder than other samples obviously. The maximum value of DBP in the whole goat milk powder was 1368.7μg/kg and it was 482.8μg/kg in infant formula powder. At the same time, the PAEs in the DWP and the vegetable oil mean that the entire monitoring of PAEs is very necessary.(5)The dietary intake of phthalate esters from goat milk powder in different stage infant have been worked out.The output of DEHP and DBP which are more harmful to people were 1.2493μg/(kg?d) and 6.0746μg/(kg·d) in 90% Confidence Interval and the outpur was lower than the standard EU regulations. The TDI of EU regulations is 50μg/(kg·d)å'Œ 10μg/(kg·d). So we can know that the infant formula milk powders based on the milk powder of Shannxi Province are safty.
