Along with the increasingly severe condition of the steel market,Handan iron and Steel corporation,affiliated to Hebei Iron and Steel Group,listing "Auto with a series of development projects" as a key subject in order to enhance its competitive strength.It will invest lots of manpower and material resources,focusing on the adjustment of product structure and acceleration of industrial upgrading as a new profit growth point.This thesis mainly performs simulation on the deep drawing process automobile industrial production of steel Ti-IF,aiming for a large process window,a low production cost and a good deep drawing performance.It puts forward a series of production processes which are suitable for industrial production.They are including chemical composition design,hot rolling,cold rolling,annealing etc.Besides,this thesis makes an emphasis on the research of the relationship between annealing process and formability.These two groups of tests examine the effect of annealing process on forming properties through vertical and horizontal comparisons.A utilization of variety of equipments,such as dilatometer,resistance heating furnace and hardness tester,are used to study on basic physical properties of experimental steel,providing experimental basis for the process design.A utilization of hot simulation test machine,cold rolling simulation test machine,annealing simulation test machine and other equipments of pilot platform for the simulate production of experimental steel.A utilization of the tensile testing machine,forming equipment and other equipments on annealing test samples to study the relationship between technology and performance.According to the simulation of production and laboratory research,it is found that for Ti-IF steel,annealing process time and temperature on the sheet deep-drawing performance is as follows:with heating rate and cooling rate are the same,and the temperature is between recrystallization temperature and phase transition temperature,and the holding time is more than 4 hours,if the holding temperature is the same,with the increase of holding time,sheet elongation,bulging and drawing properties will change little;if the heat preservation time is the same,with increasing temperature,plate the elongation,bulging and drawing performance will be significantly improved.
