Bulletin of China's Ministry of agriculture in the1999,Saccharomyces cerevisiaet and Streptococcus faecalis which can be added to animal feed strain as the use of microbial feed additives.Adding the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae or fecal streptococcus in animal feed can improve the animal feed nutrients on conversion rate,improve the utilization rate of feed,increase quality and promote animal meat,and improve animal immunity against pathogens.Yeasts belonging to the facultative aerobic bacteria,which can be a lot of breeding?amino acids?vitamins and enzymes in oxygen conditions,which produced in favor of animal growth in sufficient conditions.But the Streptococcus faecalis are facultative anaerobes,as culture conditions are too harsh difficult to mass culture,thus the faecal streptococci as microbial feed additives to feed in the field to bring certain difficulty.This study explored the effects of interaction of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis symbiotic culture process between,and the mixed bacteria culture conditions.The optimum culture conditions can make the Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis symbiotic and culture medium,and the study of fermentation tank for mass production of mixed bacteria in the above conditions.The results show that:firstly using the " stimulation of circle " screening method can symbiosis of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis.And then Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis 's culture conditions and fermentation formula were optimized,including inoculation quantity,medium adding method,medium initial pH and shaking speed,Saccharornyces cerevisiae and fecal streptococcus bacteria were increased by about 25%and 40%,saving raw materials?increase the value of use of raw materials and shortens the culture cycle.Then Mixed bacteria transition test pilot fermenter of 600ml.At last Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis in a 5L fermentor for large-scale fermentation culture.This study demonstrated that Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis interaction each other between symbiotic culture process,and Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis produces metabolites can promote each other amount,reduce mixed bacterial culture cycle.The study on Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Streptococcus faecalis has important value in the feed additives field.
